Indi World Expo deals in selling Rice grains and is non-returnable. Perishable and semi-perishable goods due to their nature may get spoiled while in return transit so the right to return does not apply. This means that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged in any case once purchased.

Once the goods leave our premises we are non-liable and will not be held responsible for the damage, loss, theft, or spoiled in transit.

Please Note: The sole purpose of the website is to display the range of goods (rice) to our customers and receive inquiries via the contact form on the contact page. Users of the website can send us inquiries on the website at .

Though Customers can send their inquiries on the website, We only sell goods in our physical stores. For the confirmation of the placement of the order, the customer has to pay an initial deposit of 30% of the amount in advance which is non-refundable. We will process the order after the initial deposit of 30% is received, and goods will leave our premises.

Indi Expo World has no cancellation policy and after the advance payment of 30% is received, the order can’t be canceled.

We will request the balance amount after the goods have reached their destination.

The delivery period is 15-20 days which means after the confirmation and payment of the order, the order will be shipped and will arrive in 15-20 days. The shipping charges will depend on the quantity and amount of the order purchased.

The shipping charges are calculated based on the unit – per metric ton. for example, The price range for rice can go up to $800 – $950. Due to the nature of perishable goods, the market price of rice keeps changing so it is difficult to address the prices here.
